What's her story?

Growing up in Gilgit Baltistan, she saw firsthand the challenges women faced in accessing technology and education. These challenges didn't just hold her back, they fueled her passion to make a difference. That's why she founded SheDev, along with some of her colleagues the first women-led tech company in the region.

Building SheDev wasn't easy. They faced doubts and hurdles, but seeing the women who went through our programs blossom into skilled professionals made it all worthwhile. She's so proud of each and every one of them, from the shy student who became a confident web developer to the mom who landed her dream job in digital marketing, SEO and WordPress.

But their work isn't done. The digital divide is a real barrier, and she's committed to bridging it for women in Gilgit Baltistan. Through SheDev, they're equipping them with the tools and skills they need to thrive in the digital age, not just locally, but globally.

Her dream? To see a world where every woman, regardless of where she comes from, has the opportunity to reach her full potential in the digital world. Together, we can make that dream a reality.
