Come and join us in this series of hands-on workshop sessions where we build Flutter apps powered by Gemini and the Google AI Dart SDK!

The Google AI Dart SDK is the fastest way to prototype gen AI features in your Flutter and Dart apps. This solution enables use of the Gemini API and models using Dart.

We'll be using Project IDX (https://idx.dev/), an entirely web-based workspace for full-stack application development, complete with the latest generative AI from Gemini, and full-fidelity app previews, powered by cloud emulators. If you're fully set up with Flutter on your local machine, then you're good to go!

Roman Jaquez, Flutter GDE, Google Certified Cloud Architect and GDG Lawrence lead organizer will lead the sessions, using custom-made codelabs for you to follow along!

We'll start by setting up your project, including your Gemini API key. We'll be coding a Temperature Conversion Flutter Web App, powered by Gemini, and tapping into generating JSON from a text prompt.
