Most of the developers out there need encouragement to be a speaker. This applies both to men and women, but we do not have an equal amount of role models.
Having more women as active and visible part of the overall tech community would encourage more women to become speaker as well and also have more women at technical community events.
This workshop ensures giving the attendees tools and techniques to be confident and comfortable with Public Speaking, to have a great presence on stage, as well as giving them the chance to try this out in a safe space.
The workshop is tailored for everyone from beginner and to advanced speakers and consists of a presentation as well as a training part.
