International Women's Day (IWD) is a global call to action for accelerating gender parity. IWD is a campaign where WTM hosts events worldwide to celebrate this moment. It helps connect, educate, inspire, and recognise ways to close the gender gap.

This year's theme is #ProgressNotPerfection and we want to highlight how we demonstrate strength and confidence when we don't let fear hold us back from following our dreams.
