Abstract: Developer programs and communities powered by Google and how they help further the reach of AI and technologies

3- Title and speaker:  Build talking avatars powered by Generative AI (Gemini) by Sayed Ali Moosa Alkamel (Google Developer Expert in Dart and Flutter)

Abstract: Participants will learn to breathe life into characters, infusing them with AI-generated dialogue and dynamic animations that elevate storytelling to new heights. In this workshop we cover how to build the Flutter app that will host our custom built animated characters. Learn how to control these characters based on user interactions, and then participants will learn to breathe life into characters with Gemini API.

4- Title and speaker: Digital Accessibility for Web Design and Development by Zainab AlMeraj, Ph.D. - Associate Professor at Kuwait University and Managing Director of Tech Connect Co.

Abstract: If you design or develop native or cross platform technologies, there is a high chance that you are pushing out tech that is not usable by people using assistive technologies or keyboards. In this talk we will cover basics of digital accessibility to keep in mind whilst designing and the best practices to adopt in development and testing to ensure that our tech is accessible.
