Track 1 - How Browser Automation Works	If you have ever worked with browser automation, you know how overwhelming it can be. Why is browser automation hard? How can the browser vendors improve the fundamentals of browser automation? In this talk, Jecelyn will walk you through the current state of cross-browser automation, unfold how browser automation works behind the scenes, and share about the motivation of WebDriver BiDi – the upcoming browser automation protocol. Track 2 - How To Train AI to be a Good Artist?	Train AI to be a creative artist using Generative Model
Track 3 - A Career as a Cloud Customer Engineer	Google Cloud and cloud in general, is the fastest growing tech platform today, enabling all manners of digital innovation. Being largely self service, cloud customers sometimes need help figuring things out. The Google Cloud Customer Engineer fills this very challenging gap.
Track 1 - Glancing essential features of Dart, before stepping into Flutter	Dart is the designated language for Flutter, but people may have been confused what item they should know first, for Flutter programming. This talk will cover what Dart feature a person started learning, in order to step into Flutter development.
Track 2 - Explicit PG Google Cloud content - What's new for Postgres in GCP?	Google Cloud has three datastore products that run under the PostgreSQL umbrella 1) Cloud SQL - GA since 2018 2) Cloud Spanner (PostgreSQL interface) - GA in June 2022 3) AlloyDB - Preview status in May 2022 As a developer using Google Cloud in 2022, are these product offerings considered as empowering, or confusing to use. We will dive into these different databases and figure out how to best utilise them for our own use cases.
Track 3 - How to avoid spaghetti codebase with App Modularization	App modularization is required for complex apps. In past, official android docs had a basic guide to android app architecture and no guide on app modularization however there were mixed feedback from the community. To address feedback, an official revised guide to app architecture as well as new guide to app moduralization has been published on developer.android.com. This talk will cover best practices and recommended patterns for developing multi-module Android apps (Essentially how to avoid spaghetti codebase)
Track 1 - Sentiment Analysis with Google Cloud	Sentiment Analysis with Google Cloud Sentiment analysis is one approach to identifying the emotional tone behind a body of text in natural language processing (NLP). As such, sentiment analysis can help businesses monitor brand and product sentiment in customer feedback. Through that, businesses can better understand their customer's needs. In this talk, Thu Ya will introduce the concept of Sentiment Analysis and walkthrough the whole machine learning workflow step-by-step. The workflow includes performing such analysis using SQL on BigQuery, training a classification model using BigQuery ML, and deploying the trained model on Vertex AI for consumption.

Track 1 - What's New on the Web Platform 2022	What kind of new API launched on the web this year? Is that experimental CSS ready to use in production? How about the new JavaScript standard? As we end the year, we'll look back at new features that became available on the web in 2022 and discuss how browser vendors are making efforts to bring higher browser compatibility.
Track 2 - Implementing AI in Location Data	Brief introduction to Loqate, along with the tools used to implement AI to improve the accuracy of address parsing.
Track 1 - A Passwordless Future with Web Authentication API (WebAuthn)	Password has been proven to be insufficient approach to authentication. Web Authentication is w3c specification for a public key-based credentials by web applications, for the purpose of strongly authenticating users by interacting with authenticators.

Track 2 - Perform On-Device Machine Learning using MLKit in Flutter	Google ML Kit empowers developers to build mobile applications that involve machine learning easily. In this talk, you will first learn about overview of ML Kit and its supported ML features, e.g. face detection, object detection, text recognition, on-device translation, etc. After that, you will learn how to build a Flutter + ML Kit demo application. Please take note that this is a beginner friendly talk for both ML engineers and FLutter / Mobile developers. Fret not - come and have fun learning how to integrate machine learning features in Flutter application using ML Kit! :)
