Hactoberfest is an initiative to encourage participation in open source project throughout October there is time to submit four pull Request. The first 40, 000 Participants to do so will Receive a cool SWAG package with the iconic t-shirt or a newly planted tree in their name. There is no Experience Level  with open source  Required . No matter if you're a long year contributor or a beginner, programmer, tester or just want to help with non-code such as Documentations and Tutorials.
