Most of the developers out there need encouragement to be a speaker. This applies both to men and women, but we do not have an equal amount of role models.
Having more women as active and visible part of the overall tech community would encourage more women to become speaker as well and also have more women at technical community events.
This training will give attendees the confidence and tools to be comfortable with public speaking.
