2. Register for the hackathon as a team
3. Complete test on HackerRank - First Stage shortlisting
4. Send in project ideas for the hackathon - Second Stage shortlisting
5. Top 15 teams are invited for the hackathon holding in Lagos
6. All others are invited for simultaneous hackathons in other 50 locations in Nigeria
