Making space for Her: Why shifting harmful gender norms and culture is beneficial for everyone by Anisa Mahmoudi	Society has evolved considerably over the years. With the development of technology and sciences, we are seeing incredible strides being made worldover in many arenas. Have we ever considered, though, how different life might be, how much further we may have progressed, if space were made for women to meaningfully participate and contribute? Recently launched equalbeing works to raise out of oblivion and into greater consciousness the normalised, harmful behavior that legitimise discrimination, and reflects with participants on how we can all become active contributors towards gender equality rather than (un)concious perpetuators of discrimination. There's space for everyone. It's time to consider how we ought to make space for her.
