Hello! My name is Bianca-Valentina Dumitriu, and I am a proud Woman in Tech from Romania. Currently, I am a Software Developer at the Access Group, Team Leader and Gold Ambassador in the Microsoft Learn Student Ambassadors program, Student in the Artificial Intelligence and Distributed Computing Master’s Program at West University of Timisoara, former Support Engineer Intern on Big Data at Microsoft, former Python trainer and former Data Specialist at Lasting Software. I get to learn new things every day and make the best of my passion for technology and innovation. One of my top achievements was becoming a certified trainer on Personal Development and leading an international Microsoft student program as Team Leader, Gold Ambassador and Tech Mentor. I had the tremendous pleasure to work and connect with people of different ages and cultures. I always feeling motivated by the projects that stimulate my thirst for discovering, art, creating new sources of innovation and creativity. I am looking for an environment where I can combine these hemispheres, despite their opposition, a place where not only I can thrive and develop but also where I can come with fresh mind and ideas. Although I haven’t yet reached the peak my story, I am confident that I have both the ambition and the motivation to succeed in achieving my goals and offering great ideas for innovation.
