Speaker’s profile:
Dr. Maria Riaz is a Sr. Software Engineer at Google. She has 12+ years of research and academics experience in the field of software engineering, security and privacy. She has taught undergraduate students in the field of computer science (at GIKI and NUST) before switching to industry after completing her Ph.D. She enjoys solving problems, bringing people together and getting things done. She has taught hundreds of students and feels inspired to create impact beyond herself through teaching, mentoring and building a community of passionate and driven individuals.
