International Women’s Day (IWD) Extended is an occasion to celebrate and inspire women, and an avenue for connection and networking with like minds in the WomenTechMakers community. IWD is also a way in which we support our mission of building a world where all women thrive in tech. This year, the definition of our theme is to have the courage to try something new; to defy or challenge norms; to be brave and willing to take risks.
