Leah Bonvissuto founded PresentVoices to help people speak more confidently and clearly when it matters most through communication coaching and community. She is passionate about dismantling the systems that are silencing voices in our society so that more of us can be heard. Working with individuals and groups, Leah combines evidence-based tools, data assessments, and real-work relevance to address conversational communication, presentation skills, presence, confidence, and leadership style. Leah spent many years as a theater director and started doing this work in public hospitals in New York City, helping front-line staff listen to their patients and speak up for themselves. Today her work is living theater—she has helped thousands of professionals articulate themselves at organizations including Indivisible, Robin Hood Foundation, New York Presbyterian, LinkedIn, Sister District, MailChimp, Nike, Google and more.Leah has been featured in Forbes, Inc.com, Success Magazine, Harvard Business Review, Bustle, Real Simple, and Communications Week, and she speaks about employee engagement, conscious communication, social media as the new public speaking, articulating your life's work, and how workplaces can hear and amplify more voices.

Ela Krepska is a tech lead and manager who has worked at Google focusing on monetization and growth for the past 8 years, and has been responsible for some of the planet-scale engineering platforms that support these multi-billion dollar businesses. Fresh from the oven: YouTube (supervised) for kids. Before that she got her PhD in Computer Science from VU University Amsterdam and Ms in Math from Warsaw University, Poland. She lives in California with her husband and baby daughter.
