Want to get started on the Google Cloud, but don't know where to begin?

Join us for our Cloud Study Jam! Together we'll work through 4 Google Cloud Intermediate level code labs this Sat 10 Feb event, then you will get free access to the next quest so you can finish this series of labs at home to get a Google-hosted badge for your online profile.

- Learn how to set up development and production environments in the Cloud.
- Learn how Docker and Kubernetes work in the Cloud.
- Get access to Qwiklabs, a Google training tool, free of charge (a $70+ value).
- Get Google-hosted badges for your online profile, to show potential employers what you know about Cloud computing.

Agenda:
10:00am: Three Google Cloud Platform Essentials labs
11:45am: Break
12:00noon: Intro to Docker lab
01:00pm: Event ends

• What to bring
- Must bring a laptop (PC, Mac or Chromebook)!
- laptop charger
- For the best experience, make sure your laptop has Firefox or Chrome installed.

*We may not let you join the event if you have no laptop on the event day.
*Make sure your laptop has enough battery or bring the charger.
