They won't just have AI features; they will be AI-driven, predictive, and personal. This keynote maps out this revolution. We’ll explore how this new paradigm changes everything, from development—where the Gemini CLI acts as a creative co-developer—to production. Discover how Firebase provides the rapid, secure, and scalable backend to deploy, run, and manage sophisticated AI experiences that feel like magic to your end-users on platforms like Android. We'll pull back the curtain to show how Google Cloud Platform provides the enterprise-grade foundation for this new class of application. Keynote by Ben Wong - Impact Hong Kong: Building the Future, One Developer at a Time by
[English/Intermediate/30 mins] Securely Running AI Agents with Sandbox on Kubernetes (Derrick Wong)	As AI agents get smarter and start running generated code, we face a new security challenge. These AIs need to run on cloud systems, but how can we safely let them run commands when many people are using the same system? Just giving them separate folders to store data isn't nearly safe enough. This talk is about using "sandboxes"—safe, isolated "play areas"—as the best way to run these AI agents securely.
[English/Intermediate/30 mins] Fine-tune and Conquer: customizing Gemma for customer support magic (Matthias Baetens)	Gemma’s open models are powerful generalists — but to truly excel in specialized tasks, fine-tuning is the secret sauce. In this session, we’ll explore why and how to fine-tune Gemma, from data preparation to training strategy and evaluation. Using a real customer support use case, we’ll fine-tune Gemma to classify incoming requests, turning a generic model into a task-specific assistant. Along the way, we’ll cover parameter-efficient fine-tuning (PEFT), continued pre-training for domain adaptation, and how to operationalize your fine-tuned model on Google Cloud. Whether you’re new to fine-tuning or looking to streamline your workflows, this talk will give you the practical playbook to get started.

[English/Intermediate/30 mins] Long term Memory layer for Agents using Gemini and Mem0ai (Tarun R Jain)	AI Agents have become better at reasoning, planning, and executing tasks using various tools and performance improvements in the Large language models. But there’s one critical flaw that most developers overlook: Memory persistence. Persistent memory solves this problem by enabling Agents to learn from user interactions and maintain continuity over time. This allows them to adapt to user preferences and deliver more personalized experiences, making them far more useful in real-world applications where context truly matters. In my talk, I will demonstrate and speak about the long memory, where previous relevant experience can personalize the LLM, such as Gemini responses. For the memory, we will use Mem0.ai, configured using Qdrant vector database to save the context. The complete stack is available open source.

[English/Beginner/30 mins] From Hackathon to High-Scale: Prototype, Build, and Run Complete AI-Powered Apps with Firebase Studio (Saurabh Mishra)	AI applications demand more than clever prompts—they need robust infrastructure, seamless integration, and a path from idea to production. In this session, we’ll explore how Firebase Studio accelerates rapid AI innovation by providing an end-to-end platform for building full-stack AI apps. You’ll see how to quickly prototype intelligent features, connect them with real-time data in Firestore, secure access with Firebase Auth, and run inference behind Cloud Functions. We’ll also cover how to deploy seamlessly with Hosting, monitor usage, and scale responsibly without extra DevOps overhead. Whether you’re a startup founder testing an idea or a developer adding AI to an existing product, you’ll walk away with the tools and patterns to move from concept to production with confidence and speed.
