Description: a quick guide to GCP App Engine, and using HTTP triggered apps to make JSON APIs.
-Write and explain a python app which will return a JSON file containing weather details.
- The weather will be fetched using free open weather API.
- The JSON file will also contain image URL, this image is a weather broadcast. I will use PIL package for that
