Have you met Matt Joy, the Google Engineer and Speaker for the session? "I'm from St. John's, NL but live in Halifax, NS. I've been here for about 20 years and have spent the last 10 in IT consulting. My background is in traditional IT infrastructure, building networks, server farm, storage arrays, and connecting those infrastructures to the cloud. I've been at Google Cloud for about 10 months now as a Customer Engineer. As my day job I help customers design, build, and optimize their operations on Google Cloud."
