[행동 강령 (Code of Conduct)]

I/O Extended Golang Korea 2024에서는 행사가 참여자 모두에게 좋은 경험과 즐거움이 되길 바라며 이에 따라 아래와 같은 행동 강령을 정의하고 있습니다. 행동강령은 I/O Extended Golang Korea 2024 행사의 모든 참여자에게 해당하며 위반 시 운영진, 스태프로 부터 퇴장 등의 제재를 받을 수 있습니다. 행동강령 위반 사례에 대한 내용은 공개될 수 있습니다.

1. Be Regardful

우리는 타인을 생각하고 유의하기에, 타인에게 불쾌감을 줄 수 있는 발언을 하지 않습니다. 성 정체성, 성적 취향, 장애, 외모, 민족, 국적, 인종, 나이, 정치, 종교 등에 대한 발언은 금지합니다. 우리는 공동체의 구성원으로서 하는 말과 행동에 대해 책임이 있습니다. 그로 인해 문제가 발생한다면 바로잡아야 합니다. 어떠한 경우라도 말과 행동으로 인해 타인이 불쾌감을 느꼈다면 문제에 해당됩니다.

2. Be Open

우리는 적극적인 참여가 행사를 더욱 빛내고 큰 가치를 만들어 낸다고 믿습니다. 적극적인 마음으로 행사를 즐기고 열린 마음으로 다양한 의견을 주세요.

3. Be Respectful

우리는 서로를 존중하고 건강한 토론을 합니다. 타인의 의견을 이해하고자 노력하고, 갈등이 생기더라도 해결해가며 구성원 모두가 함께할 수 있도록 힘써주세요.

4. Be Collaborative

우리는 협조적 입니다. 만약 주변에 어려움을 겪고 계신 분이 있다면 그들을 따듯하게 맞아주시고 도와주세요. 그리고 만약 곤란한 상황을 마주 하셨다면 주변에 도움을 요청하세요. 도움을 받았다면 잊지 말고 감사를 표하세요.

5. Be Fun

우리는 재미있는 것을 찾아나가는 탐험가입니다. 행사를 즐기시고 더 재밌는 아이디어가 있다면 망설이지 말고 제안해주세요. 즐거움을 공유하고 행사를 빛내주세요.

건강한 공동체를 위해 구성원들은 위 행동강령을 준수하고, 주의 받은 구성원은 즉시 행동강령을 준수할 것을 요구합니다. 제재를 받은 경우 행사 참여를 위해 지불한 비용은 돌려받을 수 없습니다. 모든 구성원은 자신이나 다른 사람이 불편을 느끼게 하는 행동을 보았을 때 운영진을 찾거나 golang-korea-organizers@googlegroups.com로 보내서 알려야 합니다. 운영진은 이를 인지했을 때 즉시 행동을 취해야 합니다.

운영진은 참가자에게 흔쾌히 도움을 주어야 하며 참가자의 안전을 지키기 위한 노력을 해야합니다. 그 노력에는 참가자 보호, 경찰/사법기관으로의 연락을 포함합니다.

At I/O Extended Golang Korea 2024, we strive to ensure a positive and enjoyable experience for all participants. To achieve this, we have established the following code of conduct, which applies to all attendees. Violations may result in disciplinary actions, including expulsion by event organizers and staff. Violations of the code of conduct may be publicly disclosed.

1. Be Regardful

We are mindful of others and avoid making statements that could be offensive. Comments about gender identity, sexual orientation, disabilities, appearance, ethnicity, nationality, race, age, politics, or religion are prohibited. As members of this community, we are responsible for our words and actions. If an issue arises, it must be corrected promptly. Any words or actions that make others feel uncomfortable will be considered a problem.

2. Be Open

We believe that active participation enhances the event's value. Engage enthusiastically and share your diverse opinions with an open mind.

3. Be Respectful

We respect each other and engage in healthy discussions. Strive to understand others' perspectives and work towards resolving conflicts, ensuring that all members can participate harmoniously.

4. Be Collaborative

We are cooperative. If someone around you is struggling, warmly welcome and assist them. If you find yourself in a difficult situation, don't hesitate to seek help. If you receive assistance, remember to express your gratitude.

5. Be Fun

We are explorers in search of fun. Enjoy the event, and if you have ideas to make it more enjoyable, don't hesitate to propose them. Share the joy and help make the event shine.

To maintain a healthy community, all members must adhere to this code of conduct. Those who are cautioned must immediately comply. If disciplinary action is taken, any fees paid for participation will not be refunded. If you observe behavior that makes you or others uncomfortable, contact the organizers or report it to golang-korea-organizers@googlegroups.com. The organizers will take immediate action upon recognizing the issue.

The organizers must readily assist participants and make efforts to ensure their safety, including contacting law enforcement or judicial authorities if necessary.

The event will be held at Cloud Square, 9th floor of PDC Building A, located at 242 Pangyo-ro, Bundang-gu, Seongnam-si, Gyeonggi-do.
