It's been too many years that we had a tour to the Google headquarters, but finally the chance is here again for you to see all the famous building, sculptures and experience a being on the campus. We'll have a tour guide, and we'll visit the Google store as well. You don't need to have any technical proficiency for this event.

The definitive roster will be what I'll see on Eventbrite. Please head over there and register yourself and your guests: https://www.eventbrite.com/e/2018-memorial-saturday-google-trip-tickets-46337571925

If you choose to carpool with the EOC buses we the fee is $25 (+small chunk to eventbrite). For freedom and liberty you can choose to carpool on your own (if you want to leave earlier, if it's more convenient for a smaller group, etc.), that's $15 less than the bus ticket. The only thing I ask is if you are about to come by EOC buses then please don't pick the "Self carpool" type tickets, so I can get the precise headcount for the buses.

To simplify the budgeting on my end the Eventbrite fee does not contain the $8.75 (less than half price for our group) Computer History Museum tickets, so everyone would pay their own part there to the museum directly.

The Eventbrite fee contains the lunch (we are planning pizza and we'll consume it on the lawn of the park at the Google Plex), but it does not contain snacks. We'll have opportunity to get snacks at the Museum, at the rest stops at Case de Frutta. Please bring your snacks accordingly. The weather seems to be nice, please bring enough water though.

The agenda (rough):

6:30 am - Gathering at EOC
7:00 am - Everyone boarded and we take off
9:05-9:30 am planned restroom break at Restroom Break at Casa De Frutta
~11:00 am Arriving at Google, one hour tour
noon-1 pm Lunch at Google
1pm - 2pm Googler from Fresno Nancy Mohamed tells her story, Q&A
2pm - 5pm Self guided tour at the Computer History Museum
5pm leaving to Fresno
7pm planned restroom break at Casa de Frutta
