Agenda

Event Registration	Attendees will register and receive name tags.
Registration closes	Registration will start at 9: 30 a.m and end at 10:30 a.m sharp. Any attendees who are late will not be allowed access to the venue
Keynote Speaker Session	The Keynote speaker session will highlight more on what we do in the WTM Eldoret community as well as expound on this year's theme: Redefine the possible
Quick Break & Networking session
Hackathon Overview	During this session, we will : 1. Give an overview of the hackathon structure and Design Thinking methodology. 2. Explain judging criteria and desired output expected at the end of the hackathon
Design Thinking & Ideation	Teams will start the ideation process using the Design thinking process: 1. Empathize: Identify a problem that resonates with the theme. Teams can draw from personal experiences or societal issues. 2. Define: Narrow down the problem and articulate a clear problem statement. 3. Ideate: Brainstorm solutions using available tools.
Prototype & Build	4. Prototype: Teams will create a simple prototype this can be a wireframe, mockup, or presentation. 5. Test & Refine: Teams will share the prototype with other teams for quick feedback and refine the solution.
Quick Break & Networking session
Presentations & Judging	Each team will have 5 minutes to present their solution, followed by 2 minutes of Q&A. Judges will deliberate for 15 minutes after all presentations before the award ceremony.
