In this talk, Rita will tell her own experience about surviving the pressure of her inner self to always do more and better to make sure her career is going on the right path.
Explainable AI in Healthcare by Urja Pawar	The talk will cover the latest research in ML/AI explainability that can be applied in multiple domains ( esp related to healthcare ) to enable better model debugging and transparency. I am planning to demonstrate the functionality of different explainability frameworks via some code excerpts.
How Algorithms are shaping our lives by Harshitha Raghuram	A brief on the usage of Machine Learning Algorithms in our daily lives and how it has started to impact our decision-making abilities. How can Machine Learning and AI be used to bring drastic changes to make human lives better?
Interpretable Deep Neural Network-based Anomaly Detection by Ashima Chawla	The high complexity of modern communication networks requires an increasing degree of automation for performance and fault management tasks. A key task is classifying and identifying anomalous operation modes(and faults). This is important to separate them from normal operating conditions. In addition, these diagnoses should be interpretable by domain experts to (a) gain acceptance by these experts and (b) support effective root cause analysis and localization.
