About Justine:

Justine is an experienced Product Manager and passionate advocate for diversity and wellness in the workplace. She firmly believes in the power of one's mindset to enable 10x contribution - and she's made a career out of creating 10x results through her uplifting style and ultra-fast agile decision-making.

Justine is currently Sr. Product Manager for Worker Onboarding at Snagajob, where her squad focuses on member acquisition and application conversion. Snagajob is the leading online job platform for hourly workers.

Previously, Justine worked as Lead Product Manager for DevAngels London, a leading Flutter-based app development agency, and as a Product Manager at Eversight (since acquired by Instacart) where she covered 2 product lines leveraging AI and behavioral economics for consumer goods revenue performance. Justine is also a former founder in the AI space.

Outside of work, Justine has volunteered in the tech community since 2018 as a Google Women Techmakers Ambassador and Google Developer Group Co-Organizer, focusing on AI and Cloud Technologies. Justine is also a speaker on Ethical & Effective AI Product Management, most recently at ProductCamp Global 2021.

When she's not working, you'll most likely find her in the great outdoors - Justine loves skiing, rafting, kayaking, and hiking with her 75lb. Labradoodle, Wallace.
