Shannen is a Product Designer with 8+ years of experience. She collaborates with stakeholders to design solutions that meet user and business needs.
Working with different startups has allowed her to design for clients in various fields such as prop-tech, fintech, digital health care, and more. While her specialty is in product design, she also enjoys creating landing pages and building no-code websites.
A full-time Backend developer and Cloud Solutions Architect at Elladex, Sydney, Australia and student of the University of the Philippines - Mindanao. Currently the President of the Society of Programmers and Refined Computer Scientists (SPARCS), the course-based organization of the BS Computer Science degree program of UP Mindanao. Cinmayii received her B.Sc. degree from the University of the Philippines Mindanao in 2011. She is currently pursuing her Ph.D. at the National Sun Yat-sen University, Kaohsiung, Taiwan. Since 2011, she has been with the University of the Philippines Mindanao as a faculty member. Her research interests include computer vision, optimization algorithms, and deep learning.
Martzel is a faculty member of Mapúa-MCM’s College of Computer and Information Science where he teaches courses like Data Structures and Algorithms, Discrete Structures, and Information Management. He graduated from the University of Mindanao with a B.Sc. degree in Computer Science, and he completed his academic requirements for his Master’s Degrees in Information Technology and in Information Systems from the University of the Immaculate Conception and the University of Mindanao respectively.
Over the span of his career, Martzel has achieved at least three certifications from Microsoft. He is a Microsoft Certified Educator and a Microsoft Technology Associate in Software Development (VB .Net and C#), Java programming, and Database administration. He is also a Microsoft Office Specialist with specializations in MS Word, Excel, and Powerpoint.
Richard Day is the Center Manager of UPGRADE Innolab, a Technology Business Incubator that helps build, launch, and scale impact-driven and profitable business ventures.
He is the Account Strategist and Co-Founder of Bits Circle, a web consulting agency specializing in WordPress design and development. Mr. Day was recognized as the 2022 Startup Ecosystem Rainmaker of the Davao Region for his work in helping startup ventures access capital and equity-free grants. Currently, he is involved in the DOST HEIRIT 2.0 Program and Women-Helping-Women: Innovating Social Enterprises Program. He was also the convenor of the first Davao Region Startup Week.

I am a 3rd year BS Medical Biology student of the Ateneo de Davao University. Currently, I am the Head of the Academic Affairs of the AdDU Natural Sciences and Mathematics and at the same time the External Vice President of the Ateneo Biological Society. Moreover, I am an aspiring medical doctor who have interests in sports, dancing, and online games.
Beatrice Totanes is a computer science major at UP Mindanao. She has developed interests in mobile development and project management. In 2019, she created a YouTube channel to encourage Filipinos to consider computer science as a career path. Outside of school, she has joined competitions such as the Diliman Solutions Challenge (Finalist - Top 30 among 256 participants) and Sandbox Philippines Startup Competition (Semi-finalist - Top 24 out of 52 teams). She was a former intern at the global corporation, Procter & Gamble, which has a market presence in over 70 countries. One of her passions is to help people fulfill their own potential. Other people have invested in her and she also wants to pay it forward.
