About this event

We will be introducing Web Components, a set of web platform APIs that allow us to create new custom, reusable, encapsulated HTML tags to use in web pages and web apps.

Custom components and widgets build on the Web Component standards, will work across modern browsers, and can be used with any JavaScript library or framework that works with HTML.

For the examples, we will use LitElement, a simple base class for creating fast, lightweight web components that work in any web page with any framework.
