Design thinking is a flexible Human-Centered Approach to solve complex problems. Design thinking is fun. when done correctly it can bring teams together and produce innovative solutions for customers. In this workshop, you will learn the design thinking principles and fundamentals and you will be able to experience first hand some techniques to build empathy, collaborate and iterate. Our Speaker: She has been a part of design projects in Ericsson, Deloitte, Boy Scouts of America and she is currently a member of a multidisciplinary UX Team at 7-Eleven, crafting their next generation of Software Applications such as 7-Eleven and 7NOW apps. Lily has partnered with Sngular on a series of two interactive workshops to share some tips and tricks on how UX is done at 7-Eleven. Doors will open at 6:30, and food & drinks will be provided.
