During this workshop, all attendees will have their own dedicated environment and they will learn how to deploy a web app using Serverless Technologies like Cloud Run and Pub/Sub to abstracts away all infrastructure management and focus on building your application instead of worrying about overhead. Serverless Technologies is your friend when you are deploying adhoc applications/services which can automatically scale down to zero, meaning it won't incur a cost when not used.

Objectives :
In this lab, attendees will build and deploy an end-to-end web app on Google Cloud Platform & perform the following tasks:
Convert a Node JS application to a container.
Build containers with Google Cloud Build.
Create a Cloud Run service that converts files to PDF files in the cloud.
Use event processing with Google Cloud Storage
