1st talk: Cloud Build - Beyond CICD (Graham Polley)

Graham has been working on the GCP stack for almost a decade, before it was cool. A software engineer by trade, he's been at the forefront of building several successful GCP practices for companies and is currently Head of Technology & Delivery for Zencore in EMEA. Graham is well known in the cloud industry for calling things as he sees them. In this talk, you won't see any fancy slides with beautiful animations or diagrams. Instead, it will be mostly a demo of how Cloud Build is so much more than a CICD tool.

2nd talk: Fundamentals of (Cloud) Incident Management (Florian Rathgeber)

In this talk he will be walking you through the typical lifecycle of an

incident and present techniques for making incidents faster to detect,

faster to mitigate and less likely to occur in the first place.

Bio: Florian has been a Site Reliability Engineer at Google \ for more than 5 years and is currently part of Google Cloud's Customer Reliability Engineering team ,

where he advises GCP customers on how to build and run services reliably on GCP. Prior to Google, Florian built data handling systems for ECMWF \ and was a Computational Science researcher at Imperial College London . Follow him on Twitter @frathgeber .
