Join us for an exciting technical session on workflows, a light-weight orchestration tool within GCP. To gain the most out of this session, a basic understanding of cloud and GCP services would be good to have. A code base will be provided in the session, having a GCP account will make it easy to follow along.

Our speaker, Pavitra Vobilisetty, is an experienced developer with a deep understanding of GCP workflow. She'll explain what workflows are, when to use them and some advantages followed by a demo.

Talk 2 - Protect your software supply chain on Google Cloud

This presentation/demo focuses primarily on best practices that support protecting your software across processes and systems in your software supply chain implemented on Google Cloud. We will cover Safeguarding source integrity, Safeguarding build integrity, Managing dependencies and Safeguarding deployments and tie this all together using the SLSA framework.

About The Speaker:

With long-standing security domain expertise across the financial, government and telecommunications industries, Stefan helps organizations adopt cloud solutions with a focus on managing Security, Identity, & Compliance risks.

Stefan held various senior technology roles at leading technology companies such as Cisco and AWS and currently is the Lead Architect for cyber security in the Customer Engineering team at Google Cloud Australia.

In his current role, Stefan articulates strategy for C-suite executives and technology leaders and delivers guidance on their investments in cyber security based on business strategy, risk assessment, enterprise architectures and deployment of technology solutions.
