In a 2018 survey of emerging trends among 6,300 corporate IT executives around the world, Accenture found that the foremost concern was citizen artificial intelligence (AI)—that AI research and development should make AI-based solutions responsible and productive actors in society. This means that as AI is developed further, attention should be given not only to the technology itself but also to other important non-technical factors.
