Nermin Hadzic, CEO @Bloomteq 

Nermin is the co-founder and CEO of Bloomteq, established in January 2024 through the merger of Ankora and Ant Colony. Based in Sarajevo, he leads a team of over 100 specialists dedicated to AI and digital transformation. Under his leadership, Bloomteq founded the region's first AI institute to advance AI research and applications.

Nermin has extensive experience in software development and management. Before Bloomteq, he was the CEO of Ankora since February 2016. He is also the founder of platforms Elevate.ba and Balkast.tv, and has served as a technical advisor and investor in several tech projects. His career highlights his ability to lead teams and implement innovative technologies.

Sejo Smajic, Senior Project Manager @Marn

Sejo S. is an experienced project manager and product development expert with diverse experience in payment processing, e-commerce, software development, and project management. He is currently a Project Manager at Marn in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, since March 2022. Marn, valued at $16M, focuses on providing flexible work solutions and Point of Sale (POS) systems. Their core offerings include cloud-based POS solutions for retail, hospitality, and F&B sectors. Before this, he was PM & Sales MENA at General Engineering d.o.o. in Sarajevo for three years, focusing on sales management and regional business development.

His experience includes positions such as Product Manager at MyBazar, Factory Manager at Advance Card Technology, and Business Development Manager at Bamcard d.d. With a strong foundation in managing manufacturing processes, operations, and sales, Sejo has developed a broad skill set covering various aspects of the technology and engineering sectors. His career highlights his ability to lead teams, oversee complex projects, and drive business growth. His expertise is further strengthened by his ability to efficiently manage large teams and optimize operational processes.
