We finished the IoT Core series of labs which focused on IoT registry and device, the training data and analyst device simulator, pub/sub. We also did labs for IoT which used DataPrep, DataFlow, FireBase, Kafka, BigQuery, Storage, Deployment Manager and Compute Engine.

I am open to any lab the group wants to work through, but I suggest we do the "Exploring APIs" quest. Its a series of 8 labs that all use the API explorer capability to exercise Cloud Storage, Clusters, Compute Engine, App Engine, Cloud SQL, Cloud Natural Language, etc.
