Covid-19 has changed the way communities learn and share knowledge. For Google Cloud Next OnAir Extended, we have decided to adopt this new change by empowering community members in our quest of sharing knowledge.

For our first event, in view of the theme 'Industry Insights', we have with us Mr. Dharmesh Vaya who will be giving a talk on the topic, 'Reimagining Industries with Cloud'.

Dharmesh is a technologist known for his ability of developing enterprise applications on Cloud Platforms and fostering a spirit of innovation among teams, with a diverse experience around Banking, e-Commerce, Media/Entertainment to name a few.

Currently he is the Director of Technology at Agrahyah Technologies.

He is a Google Developer Expert for Google Cloud Platform and actively manages Google Cloud Developers Community, Mumbai.

He speaks at various conferences and mentors Students, Young Professionals/Startups as well as local businesses on Cloud Technologies using the Google Cloud Platform and Open Source technologies.

Loves travelling, back-packing as well as trekking off to unexplored destinations.

Recently, he also was recognized as India's first GDE in Payments Category.

With this new normal, a lot has changed and one reason is Cloud, let us see and reimagine the different industries ranging from healthcare, retail, gaming, telecom, media, education and even manufacturing and see how rapidly they are implementing digital solutions at scale in response to COVID-19 with the help of Google cloud.
While the new normal is still being defined, the industry’s shift to digital has been universally accelerated, let us also reflect and introspect how we as Developers can leverage this momentum.
