Real-time data ingestion with Cloud Data Fusion

Cloud Data Fusion is a fully managed, cloud-native data integration service that helps users efficiently build and manage ETL/ELT data pipelines. With a graphical interface and a broad open source library of preconfigured connectors and transformations, Cloud Data Fusion shifts an organization’s focus away from code and integration to insights and action. Will demonstrates a data ingestion pattern to ingest CSV formatted data into BigQuery in real time. We will use Cloud Data fusion Real time Data pipeline for this.

TFX Training on AI Platform Pipelines

Kubeflow is an open source ML platform dedicated to making deployments of machine learning (ML) workflows on Kubernetes simple, portable and scalable. Kubeflow Pipelines is part of the Kubeflow platform that enables composition and execution of reproducible workflows on Kubeflow, including TFX pipeline. A TFX pipeline is a sequence of components that implement an ML pipeline which is specifically designed for scalable, high-performance machine learning tasks. That includes modeling, training, serving inference, and managing deployments to online, native mobile, and JavaScript targets. On this presentation, we gonna learn how to do compute intensive model training (GPUs) on AI Platform using TFX.
