by Lotta Nordling, Principal engineer at Computas AS Description Chatbots are the new “it” – again. We have created Ada - a chatbot for Computas HR department, based on Google Cloud technology. We take a peek at chatbots now and then, some of the backend technology they use, why they (still) can be so stupid and hints on how to avoid pitfalls when designing a bot. We demonstrate Ada and take a deeper dive into her code. I’m no front end person, and I’m not impressed by cool new frameworks and libraries for their own sake. I’m primarily a problem solver, and like to go to the core of a solution.
