Join our half day event which will introduce you to RBM, showcase its opportunities and give you a chance to create your own RBM bot.

About this Event

Rich Communication Services (RCS) is the next generation of mobile messaging, included in the latest GSMA 5G standard. With over 6 million active users in the UK and around 450 million users globally enjoying RCS in their native messaging app, businesses are turning to RCS to build direct to consumer digital experiences. If you are building conversational experiences with chatbots, voice assistants or SMS and are looking to increase engagement with your users then join us for the final RCS Business Messaging Developer Boot Camp of 2020.

What’s the boot camp about?

The RBM Developer Boot Camp is where you’ll develop skills in building rich, interactive customer messaging experiences using RBM. In this edition solution partner Infobip will be sharing learnings on how practically implement real world RBM agents with features such as multichannel fallback.

What do you need to bring?

You will need access to:

Android device with a working EE SIM card in it and RCS enabled

A Google Developer account

If you do not have an EE SIM you can order a free one here and it should arrive within 2 working days to UK mainland addresses – so do order before the end of October to ensure you get yours in time for the event. Since RCS works over Wifi you will not need to top up the SIM card unless you want to continue using for own use however you will need to activate RCS on your device if not already done so in a messaging app such as Messages from Google, and steps for activating RCS can be found here.
