A community-organized Cloud Conference with industry experts presenting on cutting-edge topics! Cloud Community Day is powered by our shared belief that when developers come together to exchange ideas, remarkable things can happen.

Ticket is only open for Professionals. Students should NOT fill out the ticket form and purchase a ticket. Student entry will be invite-only based on their performance in GCCD Extended Event Leaderboards from the past two months. Please read the terms and conditions carefully below before filling out the form.

Ticket Policy

1. General Admission:

   - Tickets are required for entry to Cloud Community Day Kolkata 2024.

   - Tickets are available online through our official ticketing partner (Commudle).

   - Paid tickets are only available for working professionals.

   - Organizers reserve the right to cancel the ticket of any student buying a ticket without a refund.

   - Attendees must present a valid ticket (printed or digital) for admission.

   - All tickets are non-transferable and only valid for the original purchaser.

2. Identification:

   - All attendees must carry a valid government photo ID that matches the name on the ticket.

   - Failure to present valid identification may result in denial of entry without any refund.

3. Code of Conduct:

   - All attendees are expected to adhere to the event’s Code of Conduct.

   - Disruptive behaviour or violation of the Code of Conduct may result in removal from the event without a refund.

4. Event Schedule and Content:

   - The event schedule is subject to change without prior notice.

   - The organizers reserve the right to modify the content, speakers, and sessions of the event.

Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility:

   - No refunds are available for cancellations made upon buying the ticket.

2. Event Cancellation:

   - In the unlikely event of a cancellation by the organizers, a full refund will be issued to all ticket holders.

   - The organizers are not responsible for any additional costs incurred by attendees, such as travel or accommodation expenses.

3. Event Postponement:

   - If the event is postponed, tickets will be honoured for the rescheduled date.

4. Transfer Policy:

   - Tickets are non-transferable and can only be used by the individual who purchased them.

   - Exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis, subject to approval by the event organizers.
