It is a widespread product with many capabilities. Today's talk is an intro to the Compute Engine, it's APIs, and how we can take advantage of the offered services to build flexible applications on the cloud with nearly the level of customizability that we would get with real infrastructure. This one hour talk will take you through a real demo of how we build PassBook - a password server on the compute engine, from the scratch. PassBook is an application that leverages the bot capabilities of Telegram (the chat messenger) to create a server on the Google Cloud to security generate and store your passwords on the go, so that you don't have to rely on a third party service for this stuff.
