Abstract
Riccardo’s been talking to customers regarding their SRE adoption since 2019. Oftentimes, they struggled applying the Google methodology within their company. In this talk he will first set an introduction to SRE, then try to explain what failures patterns he's observed (partly contained in Enterprise Roadmap to SRE booklet).
This is a high level talk, relevant to technical practitioners (Software Developers and Operators particularly).
