1. Conversational AI: Emerging Trends in Conversational Applications with an example on Google Dialogflow CX (Svetlana Meissner)

The speaker:

Svetlana is an AI trainer at the Mittelstand 4.0 Competence Center Cottbus based at Brandenburg University of Technology. She advises SMEs and leads digitization projects based on cloud solutions for conversational AI and auto-ML. She studied theoretical physics in Moscow and completed her doctorate at the Institute of Applied Physics at Heidelberg University in close cooperation with the German Cancer Research Center (DKFZ).

The talk:

Svetlana will talk about conversational AI - best practices and emerging trends. She will be focusing her talk on Google Dialogflow to demonstrate this.

2. Looker Cost optimization strategies (Philipp Heinrich)

The speaker:

I'm Philipp Heinrich, a Data Guy from Hamburg.

I do all things related to data and cloud ☁️
