1. Know What You Run - Leveraging Software Delivery Shield (Daniel Stamer, Google)
The speaker:
Daniel is passionate about building modern cloud-native applications on Google's serverless technologies. He works with digital natives out of Germany’s startup capital Berlin and helps to modernize applications or build brand new ones in the cloud.
The talk:
The past two years have seen a scary new class of attacks on the very way we build software. Understanding your Software Bill-of-Materials, the provenance of your build artifacts, it's dependencies and enforcing verifiable artifacts at deploy time is crucial to managing threat vectors on the software supply chain. In this session, we look at some of these attacks and explore what you can do to increase your security posture against them.
2. Chaos Reigns: an introduction to Chaos engineering (Pablo Loschi)
The speaker:
Pablo Loschi works for Verve in Germany as Principal Systems Engineer, before that he was working at Sumup in the same role. He is a certified Kubernetes administrator and Kong Champion (https://konghq.com/kong-champions). Pablo also writes about tech on Medium (https://pgold30.medium.com/), he is always looking to improve work efficiency and do more with less.
