Demonstration of the trio - drones, cloud-native tools and AI-powered IoT - that comes together to implement end-to-end cloud-native computer vision applications at edge
Feb 2, 2022, 12:00 – 1:00 PM
About this event
Today we are seeing an explosion of AI Vision, natural language processing and speech enabled services. Drones are an emerging form of so-called “Flying IoT” devices, hovering in the sky with built-in hot spot capabilities and streaming real-time data to IoT Edge devices. These Edge IoT devices are small AI computers but powerful enough to run image classification and object detection. Once you deploy your AI applications to the edge closer to the sensors, you want to be able to get the metadata from the edge to the cloud. This could be inference results, health of the device or any logs, etc.
In this talk, the speaker will demonstrate how the trio - drones, cloud-native tools and AI-powered IoT edge comes together to implement end-to-end cloud-native computer vision applications at Edge.
