1. Transform data with Dataform

In this session, we will transform data in BigQuery to create a datamart using Dataform. The data be used for a machine-learning model in the next session.

2. Fair and accurate ML model development

In this session, we will tune the hyperparameters of a machine learning model using Vizier AI. Then, we will ensure the fairness of our predictions using Explainable AI and the What-If tool.

Pre-requisites

  • Python
  • SQL
  • Being comfortable with command line
  • Basic understanding of Cloud Computing
  • Prior programming experience (at least 1+ year)
