🎙 About the Speaker:
Cornelius van Heerden is a data analytics & AI expert with over 20 years of experience, currently at Google, where he drives go-to-market strategies for analytical products and supports key accounts across industries like telecommunications, retail, and banking. His expertise includes tools such as Excel, PowerBI, SQL, Hadoop, Databricks, BigQuery, R, Python, and Looker. Previously, Cornelius lectured Barclays International interns in one of Africa's first Data Science internships, covering advanced statistics, machine learning, and programming. A two-time Microsoft Excel SA Champion and global top-ten finalist, he has held leadership roles at Google Marketing Platform and Google Cloud Partners before joining Google in 2021.
