Full Text Search (FTS) is an extension for SQLite that allows users to perform full-text searches efficiently without using the inefficient LIKE clause. Room, Android's SQLite persistence library from JetPack, now supports FTS3 and FTS4 in version 2.1

This month, GDG Cincinnati co-organizer, Greg Williams, will show us how to use FTS with Room!
