About this event

This month we will have a panel discussion from three local members of our community that were able to attend Google I/O last month to discuss announcements, what everyone was excited about, what we didn't get to see, and what they are most excited to start sharing. Also, feel free to come with your own questions.

Panelists:

- Amy Ashworth is a front end developer and recovering research scientist. She initially found her passion through Cincinnati's chapter of Girl Develop It. Bright eyed and bushy tailed she now works at BlackbookHR as a junior web developer.

- Greg Williams is an experienced Java/JEE developer who has been doing full-time Android development for the past 4-5 years. He is also a regular attendee of Google I/O.

- Steve McWhorter is currently the Android team lead for a large retailer in the US.  He started out working in the .NET space and tinkered with Android and iOS development around 2009.  He soon realized the joy of building mobile apps and transitioned his career to full-time Android development.
