Android Things lets you build Android apps that run on devices like a Raspberry Pi using all of the great tools already available and familiar to Android developers. 

This discussion will be a deeper dive into how you can use the Android Things SDK to build apps that interact with the real world. Expect to see lots of live demos on devices.

Presenter: Patrick Hammond is a partner and mobile engineer at Atomic Robot and co-organizer of GDG Cincincinnati. He is a software guy who has recently learned how to have fun with electronics and is building up a collection of freshly fried circuit boards and servos.
