Join us on Saturday, June 29, 2024, at 7 pm ET to embark on a journey of learning and growth, exploring how easily you can integrate and utilize OpenLLMetry with your favorite OpenTelemetry backend to log, trace, and measure all aspects of your LLM-based Generative AI apps!

This will be a continuation of our practical workshop session where we'll instrument the sample GenAI app we built over the last session and push traces to an open-source OpenTelemetry backend (Grafana, free tier) with the help of OpenLLMetry.

At the end of this workshop, you will have a REST API service running on your local machine, capable of pushing end-to-end traces to Grafana (free tier) as shown below:

To follow along with the workshop. Please have the following set up beforehand:

1. Clone this Git repository https://github.com/aannirajpatel/openllmetry-example. This will serve as exemplar code which you might choose to refer as you go about building the project from scratch on your own through the workshop. (Please see point #5 if you missed Part 1 of this workshop!)
2. Set up a free account on Grafana Cloud by visiting https://grafana.com/auth/sign-up/create-user?pg=pricing&plcmt=free&cta=create-free-account
3. Install Visual Studio Code: https://code.visualstudio.com/download
