Students learn from peers and industry pros, build leadership skills, and explore whether tech is right for them, without the pressure of a career-defining decision. In this session, I’ll share how peer-led learning builds skills and confidence, why industry-aligned programs matter, and how we can help the next generation make informed, authentic career choices.
