1. Creating Strong Autonomous Teams - Chelsea Van Coller

Firstly, Chelsea will guide us through the crucial role of strong and autonomous teams in propelling growth and innovation within the tech industry. She'll explore the significance of individual leadership and the principles of being 'leaderful.' The discussion will further extend to the dynamics of team performance, focusing on practices that contribute to the success of high-performing teams. This journey will highlight the importance of both personal development and team strategies in the ever-evolving tech landscape.

2. "Unlikely" A Women Tech Leader's Perspective - Abigail Padiachy

In the second part of the event, Abigail will take us on a journey where she shares her journey before the age of AI, exploring her roots and the experiences that shaped her as a woman in tech. This session offers an inspiring look at her challenges, victories, and the unexpected path to her current position. It's more than just a talk—it's a story of resilience, innovation, and the vast opportunities available to women who venture into the tech world.

3. The third item on the agenda for the day will be a panel discussion on the theme of the event: "Impact the Future". Phindiwe Nqanqaru and Roche Witbooi will join Chelsea and Abigail to address the topic and answer questions arising.

4. And before we wrap for the day, we will conduct raffle draws to find two winners for two Free One-Year Personal Subscription 100% Discount Codes for any of the JetBrains IDE Software. These have been donated by JetBrains as part of their support for the GDG Cape Town events.

5. And then, last on our agenda, is Networking & Social. Drinks here, pizza there, we will make sure that every one enjoy these very responsibly 😁
